Risk Analysis And Evaluation Research Of Gas Tank

In this paper,the gas tank system composed of 100 thousand m~3 blast furnace gas cabinet and 50 thousand m~3 converter gas cabinet of Tangshan Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.is taken as the evaluation object,On the basis of analyzing the basic situation and process flow of gas cabinet system,the paper analyzes the accident type of the gas cabinet system and the condition causing the accident.The risk of fire and explosion of gas tank system was evaluated by fault tree evaluation method.The hazard sources of fire and explosion accidents were identified,29 of which were lightning,electrostatic and other ignition sources,which were the most important factors causing the fire and explosion risk of gas cabinet system.The result of fire and explosion risk assessment of gas tank system by using Dow Chemical Fire and explosion index evaluation method is"medium".The identification of major hazard sources of dangerous chemicals is carried out.The results show that the gas tank system composed of 100 thousand m~3 blast furnace gas holder and50 thousand m~3 converter gas holder in Tangshan stainless steel co.LTD is a major hazard source.According to the classification method of major hazard installations,and the rank of major hazard sources of dangerous chemicals is three.This paper also uses the Holland National Institute of Applied Sciences to predict the radius of impact damage of steam cloud explosion.This method predicts the consequence of gas cloud explosion in gas cabinet,and the vapor cloud explosion is caused by leakage.The influence range of poisoning accident caused by gas leakage is predicted by using Pasquill-Gifford model,and the safety management of major hazard installations in gas tank system was evaluated.The conclusion is that the safety management of major hazard installations in Tangshan stainless steel co.LTD is in good condition.
