In this paper,using the method of empirical method,literature method,for example,by comparing the analysis of real images,literature,art scroll,unearthed cultural relics,combining tea fashion,posture change,at the same time,wine,discusses the Tang dynasty and the Qing tea set,tea,tea has the change.With the help of structural analysis,the modeling features of tea cups and tea-drinking vessels were analyzed,and the modeling evolution of porcelain tea ware mouth,abdomen and flow was emphatically discussed in chronological order.Based on the analysis of the influence of drinking tea style and drinking style on tea sets,the paper focuses on the change of the shape and size of porcelain tea set and the change of capacity.In addition,according to the province of gold and silver utensils and the tea set,tea in the Tang dynasty painting discusses the modelling of tea in the Tang dynasty from the outside the modelling of arts and crafts,Song dynasty tea way to create unique soup bottle,Yuan nomadic life custom of ceramic tea set,the influence of the Ming and Qing dynasties,from the nobility,the literati,the common people in three classes,interpretation of the ceramic tea set,especially bowl is the diversity of shape and function.Need to emphasize that the paper from the communication between Chinese and western culture,diet posture,wine,tea fashion modeling,etc.Analyzing the characteristic of the Tang dynasty to the Qing dynasty ceramic tea set shape and highlight the pour tea,tea has the feature of modelling,proved by more than a device using a dedicated and principle of model determines the function of the appliance,so as to reveal the porcelain tea set the rule of evolution.
