A Semi-rotary forming program has been presented in this paper for existing rotary forming machine called H9 S.It aims at offset the problem of original structure with high defective rate and low efficiency caused by the malposition of blow head and insufficient blow time in the glass forming process.The Semi-rotary device drived by harmonic gear in order to fit the requirement of the compact structure and high transmission accuracy.Combined the return difference with the transmission error under the same error sources in “precision mechanical transmission”,an accurately comprehensive position error,which is caused by error of manufacturing and assembly in the rotary drive mechanism driving process of forming can be calculated out.Considering in constant return difference of system error and the statistical properties of random error,a statistical synthesis solution of position error can be calculated out,the confidence coefficient of which is 99.73% in case of multi-tooth meshing.In order to guarantee the reliability of the improved structure,we analyzed the load and checked the reliability of flexible Gear,which is the of core the whole drive mechanism.Through the Finite-element-analysis method and the assemble simulation of LS-DANY module in the ANSYS software,we confirmed the reliability of the improved Semi-rotary driving equipment.
