Over the past four decades of reform and opening,the living standards of urban residents in our country have continuously improved,and people's pursuit of a better living environment has become stronger.At present,problems such as "cities besieged by waste" in China are becoming more and more prominent.The mode of mixed collection and transportation of household waste has not met the need to further promote the "reduction,resource,and harmlessness".In the sources of household waste generated in cities,residential areas have been slow to advance the waste classification due to large emissions,complex composition,and unclear staff structure.Therefore,it is very necessary for the residential area to determine the appropriate household waste classification dumping scheme for the promotion of household waste classification in residential areas.This dissertation focuses on the study of household waste disposal dumping scheme in residential areas.Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics and characteristics of household waste production in China's residential areas.Based on a summary of municipal solid waste classification practices at home and abroad,it is designed to be suitable for the current situation in China that evaluation model of household waste classification dumping scheme in residential areas.Constructing an evaluation index system for the classification dumping of household waste in residential areas,and optimizing the theoretical model evaluation index through experimental analysis,further weakening the subjectivity of the index.Combined with questionnaire survey and entropy method,the weight of each indicator was determined.And the rating of the evaluation scheme was determined by grey clustering evaluation.The article takes the residential area of Haikou as an example,and conducts a case study on the evaluation model of household waste classification dumping scheme in residential areas.In the case,there are three categories of classification dumping scheme,namely,scheme 1(hazardous waste,perishable waste and other waste),scheme 2(hazardous waste,recyclable waste and other waste),and scheme 3(hazardous waste,perishable waste,recyclable waste and other waste)respectively corresponding to the evaluation rate as "excellent","good","excellent",and in the "excellent",the scheme 1 is better than the scheme 3.The result shows that dry and wet classification(perishable waste and other waste)base on independent dumping of hazardous waste is the most appropriate scheme for the classification dumping of household waste in residential areas of Haikou at the present stage.
