The lessons of the decade of waste classification pilot work make people pay moreand more attention to the source of waste classification. As the waste classificationactors, residents are both the waste producers and executors and whether they implementactual behavior determines the effect of the implementation of the waste classificationscheme. So,it seems to be particularly important to study the actual garbage wasteclassification behavior for the waste classification scheme. In view of this, describing the current situation of the domestic waste classificationand analyzing the features and difficulties of residential waste classification, this papertakes the view that the key to the solution of garbage waste classification is residents, thatis whether to take the waste classification behavior. Then, the paper describes the researchprofile of the domestic and foreign waste source classification and waste classificationbehavior.Overall, there is few research of domestic waste classification behavior andinfiltrating it into the waste classification scheme comparison is a new researchperspective.Based on the theory of planned behavior and customer value theory, the paperanalyze the factors that affected residents waste classification and constructed theresidents waste classification behavioral pattern as the basic theoretical framework ofTPB.Taking Bao’an Area in Shenzhen for example, it determined the evaluation index thataffected the residents waste classification behavioral intention according to its actualsituation.By AHP-FCE,it can select out the suitable waste classification scheme on theresidential area in Bao’an Aera among the five waste classification schemes. and then thepaper made some operational recommendations to ensure the smooth development of thescheme.
