With the richness of material life, the output of food waste is growing rapidly every year.Random disposal of food waste will have adverse effects on human health and living environment.Anaerobic digestion is one of the most promising methods for the recycling of food waste in the classified collection of food waste. In practical application, the anaerobic digestion system is easily restrained by its own products and the adverse conditions of the outside world. The single-phase reactor has the advantages of simple operation and convenient operation management, but it is easily affected by acid inhibition and ammonia nitrogen suppression during operation, and the stability of the system is weak at high load. This experiment is to improve the stability and biogas production of single phase wet anaerobic reactor by adding leachate and trace elements. The following conclusions can be drawn from the experiment:?1?The effect of the addition of trace elements on the anaerobic digestion accords with the law of low-dose growth and high-dose inhibition.Proper addition of trace elements has a good effect on the anaerobic digestion process, and the excess trace elements have a strong inhibition effect on the anaerobic reaction process.?2?With the addition of landfill leachate?NH4-N 1000 mg/L?and trace elements concentration in this experiment?Fe,Zn,Ni,Se=50,20,2.5,0.1 mg/L?,biogas and methane production reached 75.19%and 68.83%respectively.?3?The optimal concentration of trace elements was combined?Fe,Zn,Ni,Se=200,80,10,0.4 mg/L?under the high ammonia nitrogen inhibition?landfill leachate NH4-N is1935mg/L?for methane production and methane production, and the biogas and methane production of the fermentor reached 85.84%and 83.95%respectively.?4?When the operating load is less than 40g/L VS,the larger the load is,the greater the foam production will be and the more serious the system will be inhibited. When the operating load is>40 g/L VS,the system is rapidly acidified, and the biogas production is less.
