With the development of China’s rural industrialization and intensive production, rural environmental pollution is increasing sharply, study and solve the problem of rural environment pollution became the hot topic of today.The paper takes Jiashan County as an example to illustrate the rural environmental pollution, using literature research, field visits, theoretical research and empirical analysis and system analysis methods, such as in reading many related literature, on the basis of reading many related literatures, elaborate the present situation and development trend in the field of the study both at home and abroad, through investigation evaluation of rural environmental pollution situation and the present situation of pollution control, put forward the reason, problem and difficulty of rural environmental pollution of Jiashan County. And lay a foundation for strengthen the government leadership and support, to promote public participation and social supervision, and vigorously develop ecological culture, and further strengthen the pesticide fertilizer reasonable management, diversified disposal, sewage discharge, promoting circulation of agriculture and ecological agriculture and establishing pollution monitoring system, and a series of countermeasures and measures. These results of Jiashan County and rural pollution problem in the similar area of research and management, has a certain theoretical value and practical guiding significance.
