Study On The Improvement Of Supplier Evaluation System For Leatt Corporation

Since the 1960 s,with the globalization of the market and the acceleration of economic globalization,the supply chain system has gradually improved and developed,and has gradually received attention.The evaluation and selection of suppliers is the key and footstone to supply chain management,which is directly related to the competitiveness of the supply chain and the competitiveness of the enterprise.If a company want to reduce costs,improve its own production quality,and increase the speed of response in a company's management,it should make a scientific choice for suppliers.Nowadays,companies are payin g more and more attention to their own procurement and operation.How to manage and develop upstream suppliers and carry out scientific supply chain management are urgent problems for enterprises.This paper takes the multinational enterprise Leatt Corpora tion as the research object.Under the condition of reading a large number of books and electronic documents,this paper draws on the existing research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and analyzes the current evaluation status of Leatt Corporatio n existing suppliers from below aspects: the supplier evaluation process,the supplier evaluation index and the supplier evaluation method.Then found out the existing supplier evaluation system's deficiencies,and improve it via improving the supplier evalu ation process,refining the supplier evaluation indicators and improving the supplier evaluation methods.This paper uses the scientific and feasible methods to calculate the weight ratio of the primary and secondary indicators of each indicator,and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to combine the qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicators to make the Leatt Corporation supplier evaluation results more scientific and reliable.The research results of this paper optimized the supplier evaluation pro cess,and to a certain extent,ensured the improvement of the supplier selection efficiency of the company.The design of the supplier evaluation index based on the actual situation of Leatt corporation supply management,it has some innovative without no doubts as it suitable for Leatt Corporation.This paper solved the existing supplier evaluation problems for Leatt Corporation and provided a certain reference for the development of similar multinational companies all over the world.
