Study On Supplier Selection And Evaluation In Purchasing Management Of M Company

With the globalization and fierce competition in the market,the product life cycle is getting shorter and shorter.In order to adapt to the rapid changes in the global market,companies are also putting more emphasis on their core competencies,and generally emphasize the acquisition of non-core resources from suppliers.Choosing the right supplier plays a vital role in reducing the purchasing cost,improving the supply eapacity and production capacity of the enterprise.The quality of the supplier determines the quality of the supplier.The supplier's supply time often determines the production cycle of the enterprise.The supply price of the supplier has a great influence on the purchase eost and the profit of the product.Therefore,in the process of enterprise management,the supplier selection and evaluation are done well and a set of suitable supply is set up.The evaluation system of business choice is of great significance for the decision making of enterprises.This paper first analyzes and expounds the status of M company procurement management,supplier selection and evaluation.Secondly,it studies and explores with the theory of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and finally completes the selection and evaluation index system and evaluation selection scheme suitable for the supplier selection and evaluation of M company,construct a supplier selection evaluation system.It consists of 5 first-level indicators and 13 second-level indicators,evaluate suppliers from five aspects:quality,price,delivery,service and risk,and proves the scientific and maneuver ability of the selection evaluation by examples.
