The beam pumping unit accounts for a large proportion in the oil field mechanical oil extraction machinery,and the study of any component of it has important significance.The drive belt is an important part of the beam-type pumping unit transmission.The failure of timely disposal of the belt in the oil field will directly increase the workload of the oil field workers,and will affect the pumping efficiency,which in turn will affect the economic efficiency of the oil company.The study of the life reliability of the transmission belt is of great significance to ensure the economic benefits of the company.Firstiy,considering the high-coupling relationship among the small pulley motion law,hanging point load and the load torque of the large pulley,a coupled numerical simulation model is established to obtain the load torque of the large pulley.Secondiy,based on Euler's formula and the required load torque of the large pulley,a calculation model of the axial force of the transmission belt is obtained;a pulley dynamic model is established based on the two-degree-of-freedom pulley system and the required load torque of the large pulley,and is used four times.Step Runge-Kutta method to solve it,using the numerical solution of the response to obtain the calculation model of the drive belt axial force;based on the belt elastic model,establish its dynamic model,and use the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method to solve it.Calculate the model of the axial force of the drive belt by using the numerical solution of the response.Then considering the influence of belt eccentricity and ground displacement excitation on the transverse vibration of the tangent belt,the belt is simplified to a string model and a beam model,and the two models are divided into two kinds: the constant and the fluctuation of the axial force of the belt.The dynamic models corresponding to the above four models are established separately,and the responses of each model are solved.Using the obtained response and the bending moment solution formula of the beam,the bending moment values of the points on the tangent section of the four models at any moment are obtained.Finally,taking into account the form of failure of the drive belt is mainly reflected in two kinds of wear failure and fatigue failure,a belt wear life calculation model isestablished based on the energy wear theory,and a belt fatigue life calculation model is obtained based on the cumulative damage theory and the S-N curve.Monte Carlo theory,multiplicative congruential method and three-parameter Weibull distribution are used to establish the belt life reliability calculation model.
