The ocean contains a lot of new marine energy,including oil and natural gas.Offshore drilling platforms are the main equipment for the extraction of new marine energy,and they are responsible for drilling,personnel residency and many other functions.Due to the long construction period,high construction cost,and large size of the drilling rig,every aspect of the construction of the drilling platform before it is used is of particular importance.The drilling platform towed from the dock to the anchorage,and transported by the semi-submersible to the working area.This thesis based on the MOSFT project of the 225FT(feet)self-elevating drilling platform.It first elaborates the principles of construction of the platform's towing safety evaluation index system and the basic theory of risk analysis,and it use “HumanMachine-Environment-Management” system analysis method combed out the risk factors in the towage operation.Combined with the actual conditions in the 10-drilling operation of the drilling platform,the brainstorming method was used to screen the indicators of the safety influencing factors and finally established 4 first-level evaluation indicators and 24 second-level evaluation indicators for drilling platform safety evaluation index system.Secondly,the model was established by BP neural network method.The model was studied and trained by MATLAB tool,and the evaluation model of drilling platform towing safety based on BP neural network was established.Finally,10 towing operations were selected as samples,and the selected 10 samples were quantified in the form of expert scoring.Using the MATLAB tool to obtain the 9 samples as the training data of the BP neural network,the towing 225 FT jack-up drilling platform MOSCOL data was used as verification data.The test results show that the model is effective,and the risk control for the drilling platform towing operations.The formulation of preventive measures provides the direction.
