With the gradual exploitation of offshore oil in China,various drilling platforms and other large offshore facilities have entered the maintenance period.Big oil drilling platform needs from the sea towage repair base in coastal ports for repair and maintenance,but made up of tug and big rig towing fleet,during the period of towage,by in and out of the port channel width and vessel traffic roads flow factors,between each other is easy to form a larger navigation safety hidden trouble,while towing operation will cause certain influence to the waters of the navigation environment,occupies the navigable waters,the waters of the navigable environment will face a complicated situation,in addition our country in the southern port of summer and fall and typhoons,big oil drilling platform terminal typhoon safety also cannot be ignored,as a result,towing operation of large offshore facility and platform docking port during typhoon work is one of the most pressing problems.In order to keep clear of large platform towing operation in the process of shipping,to prevent the platform at the dock waters during berthing typhoon resistance to a dangerous situation,to ensure the safety of the navigation of the ship near,prevent water pollution,make large offshore facilities towage plan more scientific and reasonable,unberthing towing navigation and more security,this article will be to big oil drilling platform security towage and wharf typhoon emergency countermeasures research,and using 360 ° large ship handling simulator for offshore oil drilling platform security towage and terminal typhoon emergency preplan for simulation experiment research,through 360 ° large ship handling simulator,simulation analysis,Can understand offshore oil drilling platform under the simulation environment of tug configuration scheme,towing scheme unberthing,drilling platforms and wharf cable configuration scheme and other related data,statistics,analysis and research on the simulation data can be made for large offshore oil drilling platform under different environmental conditions optimized operation scheme,at the same time can also be used as a tug and offshore drilling platform of driving indexer,maritime authorities to provide decision-making basis.In this paper,the background of the research,the literature review at home and abroad,and the content and research methods of the research are described.Second in shenzhen western port waters offshore drilling platform towing water environment were analyzed,and the navigation environment mainly includes channel situation of shenzhen west harbor area,the hydrological and meteorological conditions and the shenzhen water traffic safety management regulations,etc.;Again introduced the western shenzhen port area of watertraffic state on large rig towing operation,the effect of the large rig towing into Hong Kong route(route),and need to take into account the passage roads there may be a shallow point(which can be taken by tide)roads,and a series of restrictive factors,this paper analyzes the platform during the towing and up past the ship within the channel between each other is analyzed and the influence of operable and corresponding security measures;Then the large platform towing typhoon numerical calculation of numerical building model and numerical calculation,according to the calculated results give the corresponding tug configuration and docking port cable configuration required for the corresponding data.At the same time with 360°large ship handling simulator for simulation.Give corresponding safety Suggestions;Finally,the paper analyzes and studies the countermeasures of the safety towing of large offshore oil drilling platform,and puts forward a series of security countermeasures.
