With the implement of The Belt and Road Initiative and Marine power strategies,the exploitation of ocean oil-gas resources receives a new opportunity,drilling platform is important equipment for the development of ocean oil-gas resources,which need to carry out towing operation in order to operate,shift and repair.Towing operation of drilling platform and other large components are an important sector of shipping industry.However,the trend of large-scale and professional of drilling platform and its complicated navigation environment bring new problems for towing safety so that experts and engineers pay close attention to it.This thesis focuses on the key technical of navigation safety during drilling platforms towing in confined waters.Unlike in the conventional waters,towing of drilling platform in restricted waters is likely affected by natural conditions,channel conditions and traffic flow conditions.So it is necessary to have a higher request for key techniques such as towing schemes,tug equipped,navigation-scale and risk evaluation.This thesis carries out the research on the key technologies,which is of great significance to guarantee the drilling platform in the confined waters of the towing safety.First of all,research on towing schemes and tug equipped.Analyzing and discussing the types and properties of tugs and drilling platforms,and the drilling platform stability calculation methods were introduced.Based on the comparison and analysis of 4 kinds of different towing methods,the suitable towing schemes of subjects can be determined.According to structure characteristic of tugs and platforms and environmental characteristics of confined waters,computational model of towing resistance is proposed to provide theoretical basis for the equipment of tugs.Research on navigation-scale secondly drilling platform towing in confined waters.In contrast to the existing calculation methods of navigation scales,fully considering the environmental characteristics of confined waters,establishing calculation model of navigation scale,and complete program design by Matlab language,which has a strong practical value and theoretical reference value.Then this thesis makes a research on navigation risk of the drilling platform towing in confined waters.First,the risk factors involved in the process of towing are identified,on the basis of this,the risk assessment model is established based on the theory of cloud model,and the algorithm is implemented in the evaluation process by Matlab language,and towing risk evaluation visualization software by using Matlab,the software integrates cloud model and cloud computing value of risk output function.Finally,the research results of this thesis are applied to an example,to verify the theory and model proposed by the research,the results show that the theory and the model proposed in this thesis are in accord with the actual engineering work.At the same time,the evaluation software designed in this thesis is applied to the example of towing,the evaluation results are output in a variety of ways,the risk prevention and control measures were put forward according to the evaluation results,which ensures the safety of towing operation.
