Petrochemical industry is the indispensable important industry of national economy.The piston compressor is the key equipment to improve the gas pressure,because ofits simple structure,long service life and easy realization.It is increasingly widely used in petrochemical industry with its large capacity and high voltage output.The design or technical transformation calculation workload of the piston compressor is huge,and the thermodynamic calculation of compressor is one of the most basic and important work in compressor design.Therefore seeking a more simple and accurate thermodynamic calculation method is of great significance to enterprise technical innovation?improving the efficiency of the compressor design and design calculation precision.Especially the C2 and C3 gases compressors such as ethylene,propylene,propane and light hydrocarbon compressors.Because traditional thermodynamic calculation results is far away from the actual,and it often can't satisfy the design accuracy.For the C2 and C3 gases piston compressor as the research object,we find out the root cause that why the traditional piston compressor thermodynamic calculation method is not suitable for the C2 and C3 gases base on the analysis and research the related theory and implementation method of the existing reciprocating compressor thermodynamic calculation combination of C2 and C3 gases compression feature.Then we put forward a new thermodynamic calculation model and finish the C2 and C3gases piston compressor thermodynamic calculation and simulation analysis.This paper completed the following main work:?1?In the calculation process of existing reciprocating compressor thermodynamic analysis,traditional thermal design method was introduced,and analysis the he reason of that why the traditional thermodynamic calculation methods are not suitable for f C2 and C3 gases piston compressor.?2?Analyzing the most suitable basic physical properties calculation for C2and C3 gases such as the compression factor?the compressibility of function and the adiabatic index associated with the compressor thermodynamic calculation formula from the principle of corresponding state and equation of state basic thermal analysis theory.?3?In the process of the compressor operation the thought of by differential iteration,we put forward a new and more accurate calculation method of the thermodynamic parameters according to the C2 and C3 gases compression feature,and the characteristics of the piston compressor with the thought of differential iteration and establish the C2 and C3 gases on the displacement piston compressor,exhaust temperature and power calculation model.?4?The simulation analysis software was developed in the MATLAB platform based on the calculation model above.After inputting initial parameters or design conditions,the software can realize quick calculation of the stroke volume,exhaust temperature and the design power.It also can make the curves of the thermodynamic parameters in the operation of the compressor and gas circulation P-V figure.?5?With a group data of an ethylene compressor as an example,analyze the calculation and simulation after running the software,and get the relevant conclusions.
