Chemical enterprise is a consecutive manufacturer,which requires perfect timing and high accuracy of equipment management.Traditional method of chemical equipment management is base on paper.It is hard to record,search and account cost,also difficult to ensure that the shared device information is accurate and up-to-date.With the rapid growth of the network information technology,information technology of management is applied in many industries widely,and it greatly improves the efficiency of work.A conventional equipment management mode cannot satisfy a corporation's requirements of revenue increase.Therefore,to achieve normalized and real time management and information sharing,the primary goal is to design and develop an equipment information management system for chemical enterprise,with the introduction of information technology.Firstly,detailed introduction to the basic structures and history of equipment system is given,and present situation of its development is analyzed.It is proposed that more needed to be done to integrate theoretical studies with system in practical application.Then based on theoretical studies of equipment supplier evaluation and MRO inventory management the design of chemical equipment information management system is presented.Secondly,for the characteristic of chemical equipment procurement,the evaluation criterion of chemical equipment supplier are discussed,and the evaluation system with first level criterion of quality,cost,capability in the supply-base and service is built.According to the comparison of current selection methods,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weighing of each level criterion.Take centrifuge purchasing as an illustration,compute the qualitative and quantitative criterion of each supplier,then multiply the criterion and the corresponding weighing,and conclude a final evaluation result.Its application is shown with practical example.Thirdly,basing on the actual situation of MRO management of the company,classifying methods of spare parts is analyzed.Then combined with the ABC classification and slow and fast moving spare parts classification,spare parts inventory is reclassified.For important parts,(R,Q)management strategy is presented;for fast moving parts B and C,(T,S)management strategy is applied.And the corresponding procurement calculating model is established.In view of equipment demand forecasting,ball plug DN25 for example,the seasonal decomposition model is built with the analysis of the swings of its seasonal demand.Then based on the gray DGM(1,1)module the improved seasonal decomposition model is proposed.Take the case of ball plug demand forecasting,the forecasting accuracy is improved compared with seasonal exponent method.In addition,to validate two type of stocktaking mode the practical example is given by using procurement calculating model based on the demand forecasting.The experimental result confirms the feasibility of the proposed method.Further,in view of the company's need,using C# language and SQL Server 2008 as the backend database of server,the chemical equipment management information system based on three-layer C/S mode is designed.The main module of the system includes procurement,equipment management,equipment maintenance,MRO management and so on.The system realizes informational management of equipment account,procurement and maintenance information,approval process integration of purchasing,acceptance,maintenance application,device transfer,scrap.Also the MRO statistical reports of breakdown,maintenance,budget are obtained,and the finance efficiency is improved.For the procurement management,by combining company's practical situation and the theory about equipment supplier evaluation,decision module of supplier selection is integrated in the system as a guideline for equipment procurement decision.In the MRO management,on the basis of theoretical studies of MRO inventory management and demand forecasting,the gray seasonal decomposition model is built for spare parts' demand forecasting and the procurement calculating model is applied for inventory management.In the end,some conclusions are made,and some limitations and further prospect are given.
