| The coordinated development of urban and ecological environment is the proper meaning in the construction of urban ecological civilization.Promoting the rapid development of urbanization and the construction of ecological environment is an important task of urban construction in the new era.Guiyang is the central city of the southwest region,In the process of urbanization,the pressure of ecological environment is increased and the fragility of the ecological environment is shackled,and high level of urbanization and high quality ecological environment have not been realized.So it is of great practical significance to study the coupling of urbanization and ecological environment in Guiyang.Taking Guiyang as an example,paper comprehensively studies the present situation,trend and restrictive factors for the development of urbanization and ecological environment system,and on the basis of the analysis of the system coupling mechanism,the system coupling state and its development trend are explored.finally puts forward some related suggestions.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)On the basis of identifying the present situation of urbanization,the following contents are obtained: in the 1999-2015 years,the comprehensive index of urbanization and its subsystems in Guiyang showed a rising trend,and it shows different stage characteristics.The urbanization system has been gradually strengthened by the urbanization of the population in the past 1999-2015 years,and the economic urbanization has the greatest impact on the development of the urbanization system.Economic scale factor and space scale factor have the greatest impact on urbanization.The per capita GDP factor became the first barrier factor in the middle and late period of the study period,and the public transport factor became the main obstacle factor in the later period.(2)On the basis of identifying the status of the ecological environment,the study shows that:In the 1999-2015 years,the comprehensive index of the ecological environmental system and its subsystems in Guiyang showed a growing trend,but the stage characteristics are obvious.The ecological environment is greatly disturbed by the government policy,making subsystems show differences and complexity.The ecological environment pressure has the greatest impact on the ecological environment system in the past 1999-2011 years,and in 2012-2015 years,the ecological environment level has the most restrictive effect on the ecological environment system.The "industrial three wastes" factor has the greatest impact on the ecological environment,followed by the "sulfur dioxide" factor.(3)There is mutual promotion and mutual coercion effect between urbanization and ecological environment in Guiyang.In the study period,the comprehensive index of urbanization and ecological environment in Guiyang can be divided into the low development stage and the middle development stage in 2007,and the degree of coordinated development is also divided into moderate-mild maladjustment and reluctance-intermediate coordination stage in 2007.The coupling state of urbanization and ecological environment has gradually improved.The study predicts that the urbanization and ecological environment of Guiyang in 2020 have achieved a better development trend,and the coupling state will step into the high-quality coordination stage and an ecological civilization demonstration city will be built by 2020. |
