A Research On The Coordinated Development Between Urbanization And Ecological Environment Of Xining

Urbanization is a major driving force to promote the development of social economy as well as an important measure to improve people's living standard and quality.At present,urbanization in our country is developing rapidly,the various elements of urbanization hasten the flourish and transformation and upgrading of emerging modalities,such as conventional industries and producer services.The extensive implementations of “One Belt One Road” strategy and targeted poverty alleviation project accelerate the development of Xining's urbanization,expand urban construction area,and improve people's living standard.Meanwhile,due to the rapid development of urbanization and the natural environment condition,the ecological and environmental quality arise a declining trend in the process of urbanization.Therefore,the research on the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment in Xining is of great significance for the healthy development of urbanization and the steady improvement of ecological environment in the future.This paper takes Xining as the research object with a study period of year 2000 to 2015,combines with the related theory to explain urbanization and ecological environment development of Xining in the past 16 years,comprehensively uses the coupling coordination degree model to find out a coupling relationship of coordination and development between the city's urbanization and ecological environment,and summarizes its main influencing factors.In addition,it makes a prediction on the coordinated coupling development between the city's urbanization and ecological environment on the basis of the grey-forecasting model.Finally,based on the above research,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions on the coordinated coupling development between Xining's urbanization and ecological environment.The research mainly includes the following four parts:The first part is background analysis.It introduces the research background and significance,research approaches and content and technical route,combines with the relevant research progress at home and abroad,and explains the relevant concepts and theories,which lays a theoretical foundation for this paper.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of urbanization and ecological environment in Xining City.In terms of urbanization,the urbanization rateincreases rapidly,people's employment structure has changed;economic aggregate has promoted prominently,the industrial structure is transformed and upgraded;people's living standard improves,the level of consumption gradually promotes;urban area expands,thus the functions of that improves.In terms of ecological environment,the construction of ecological environment accelerates,the level of environmental quality still needs to be improved;the proportion of the industry is relatively large,the environmental problem is serious;the level of ecological environment management is improved,and the investment of environmental protection elements is in urgent need of improvement.The third part is about the urbanization and comprehensive development standard of ecological environment in Xining and the evaluation of the coordinated coupling relationship between them.Mainly from the following aspects,the first is the construction of index system according to the principles and methods of establishing an evaluated index system;the second is to establish the coupling coordination model,infer the coordinated coupling type of urbanization and ecological environment,find out the "barely-coordinated and environment lagged type";the third is to build a grey prediction model to predict the coupling trend,it turns out that the coupling coordination degree showed a trend of rising,thus the type of development turns from barely-coordinated type to primarily-coordinated type.The fourth part summarizes the main research conclusions of this paper,proposes the countermeasures and suggestions of improving urbanization and ecological environment coordination development.It proposes concrete suggestions mainly from accelerating economic development,transforming the mode of development and concept;adjusting industrial structure of the city,improving competitiveness;improving the urban infrastructure,meeting people's demand of living;optimizing city planning,utilizing land rationally;promoting industrial ecology,strengthening ecological environment construction;guiding the public participation,improving the public awareness of environmental protection and so on.
