This work designed to produce 1,000 tons of 2,3,4-trifluoro-nitrobenzene preliminary technical design specifications throughout the design documents and design drawings from the design of two parts.In the design manual,a brief introduction of the2,3,4-trifluoro-nitrobenzene nature and primary purpose,but also described the current2,3,4-trifluoro-nitrobenzene in synthetic methods,and compared,and finally ok to2,6-dichloro-aniline by diazotization,after the formation of fluoride acid 2,6-dichlorofluorobenzene was synthesized by nitration and fluorination synthesis of 2,3,4-trifluoro-nitrobenzene process production methods.In the design process,according to the design requirements for the material balance of major equipment,and equipment for the calculation and selection process,while the facility layout is designed.And the corresponding design drawing is drawn,design drawings including process flow diagram with control points,equipment,plant layout.
