Nylon industry plays an important role in economic and social development in our country, the nylon is used widely. In recent decades, nylon industrial yarn production plant capacity in our country gradually increased.But compared with other countries, the product performance is poor and variety is less. Through in-depth study of the basic theory, and contrast the characteristics of domestic and foreign ripe for spinning winding production technology and equipment, decided process of Toray, spinning process of Dalian Synthetic Fiber Research and Design Institute Co. Ltd. and winding process of TMT to produce high-strength nylon industrial yarns. Meanwhile, the design detailed analysis of the impact of process conditions on the product quality of high-strength nylon industrial yarn, in which we used a capillary rheometer for the study of the high viscosity nylon rheological properties, identified by the process conditions. According to the production capacity and specifications, using the relevant formula to calculate process parameters and select major equipment.The design selected general equipment of the parts spinning and winding, process materials and energy, accounting for process materials and energy, determining the amount of public works, the part of construction, and estimated budget.Combined with process, the size of equipment, the installation of process piping, the principle of plant layout to draw the flow chart and floor plan of the parts of spinning winding.The characteristic of the design is energy efficient and low-cost.greatly reducing the nitrogen consumption. The self-pressurization sealing type of spinning components ensures uniformity of spun fiber structure.
