In the process of transformation and development,Guizhou Province faces the pressure of many environmental issues such as air pollution and industrial restructuring.Effectively reducing pollutant emissions and improving urban air quality are the inevitable requirements for the current construction of ecological civilization.Among them,the coordination of the relationship between the evolution of industrial structure and the rigid constraints of environmental resources has become a new focus of environmental governance.As the central city of Guizhou Province,Guiyang is naturally the Focal point of Environment treatment in Guizhou Province.This article takes the study of atmospheric environmental effects in Guiyang's industrial restructuring process as a sample,and explores the impact of industrial restructuring in Guiyang City on the atmospheric environment effects in recent years.Firstly,based on the air quality index of various air pollutants in Guiyang from 2013 to 2015,this paper studies the space-time characteristics of air quality index in Guiyang based on Time Series Analysis Method and Kriging interpolation method;secondly,based on the economic development level,industrial structure,industrial structure,spatial structure and employment structure.Judging the Industrial Development Stage of Guiyang City,influencing Characteristics of Industrial Structure Changes and Industrial Structure Characteristics Bias Index clearing the characteristics of atmospheric pollution in Guiyang's industrial structure evolution.Based on structural effects,scale effects and technical effects,a panel data model of 24 industrial sectors from 2005 to 2015 in Guiyang City was established to quantitatively measure the contribution of the three major effects to industrial emission reduction in Guiyang.Finally,through the correlation analysis between the automatic monitoring data of air pollution sources at the Maanshan and Hongbianmen air quality monitoring stations in 2014 and the surrounding enterprises in Guiyang City,the practical application of the automatic exhaust gas monitoring system in Guiyang City was explored.
