As an essential functional system of gas transmission station,sewerage system is mainly composed of blowdown pipe,blowdown valve,blowdown pool and blowdown tank.Sewerage systemundertakes the missions of sewage collection,storage and transport,which plays an important role in the functional integrity of gas transmission station.However,erosive wear and even perforation of blowdown pipe will be caused due to great velocity gradient and strong turbulence intensity at the corner area of blowdown pipe.Therefore,to ensure the safe operation of blowdown pipe,this dissertation carries out detailed study on erosive wear of blowdown pipe according to working condition of gas transmission station at Sichuan-Chongqing region,based on numerical simulation and field inspection.The main contents and achievements of this dissertation are as follows.(1)Related document literature involves erosion theory,erosion influence factor and controlling measure is investigated sufficiently,which establishes a good basis for the follow-up research work.(2)According to field investigation and inspection,pipe wall thickness inspection is carried out and data collection and analysis works are completed.(3)Based on the actual wording condition,erosion models of blowdown pipe at separatorand pig receiver are established using FLUENT software.The comparison of simulation result and inspection data verifies the accuracy and reliability of the established erosion models.(4)According to the established erosion models,the erosion rate of blowdown pipe at different solid particle amount,valve opening degree,pipe size and internal pressure is simulated and analyzed.(5)On the basis of simulation data and erosion analysis result,the mathematical relationships of the maximum erosion rate of blowdown pipe at separatorand pig receiver are fitted.(6)iterature review,field inspection and numerical simulation result provide basis for the optimization design of lowdown pipe at separatorand pig receiver.(7)According to the computation results of FLUENT and ANSYS software,the operating instruction is established for separatorand pig receiver.The study in this dissertation helps to understand the effect of several factors on erosion rate of blowdown pipe in gas transmission station of Sichuan-Chongqing region.The most serious part of erosive wear is determined.Besides,the design suggestion and operating instruction are proposed to reduce the erosion of blowdown pipe.This dissertation will be of great importance in operation,decreasing erosive wear and preventing perforation.
