Tenebrio molitor Linneeus,it is easy breeding, low costing, high yield and wide prospect.Exuvia of Tenebrio molitor Linneeys as materials, our laboratory had extracted the protein, oil and grease, because of its hard shell,in order to got chitin and chitosan,my study focused on decalcification and deacetylationUsing the ultrasonic assisted method researched the decalcified technology of chitin, selection of hydrochloric acid as decalcified reagent, the results showed that when ultrasonic power was 200 W,ultrasonic temperature was 20?,the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 1.8 mol/L,ultrasonic time was 30 min,solid-liquid ratio was 1:28,the decalcification rate was 98.24%;Using alkaline and enzymatic methods prepared chitosan, ultrasonic assisted alkaline, the best process for the preparation of chitosan NaOH concentration was 15%,solid-liquid ratio was 1:20,40? under the condition of temperature, ultrasonic power was 150W,ultrasonic time was 20 min,the degree of deacetylation was 74.0%;Ultrasonic assisted trypsin, the best process for the preparation of chitosan:trypsin enzyme was 4.8 U/2 g,pH 8.0,ultrasonic temperature was 30?,ultrasonic time was 25 min, ultrasonic power was 150 W,the degree of deacetylation was 60.1%In order to find out an innovative way for the study of chitosan,in this paper, exuvia of Tenebrio molitor Linneeus as materials, the exploratory study of chitin decalcification and deacetylation was carried out by ultrasonic assisted method. The analysis indicated that the method of ultrasonic technology was suiTab.for large-scale production, which not only reduced the cost of production, also greatly reduced the environmental pollution. The process and methods will have a positive effect on the development and utilization exuvia of Tenebrio molitor Linneeus.
