In China,the textile industry in modern fabric design is no longer only in the form of knitting or tatting.Designers began to pursue various forms of fabric expression,design has a rich imagination of fabric.Wool is an important traditional textile material.60% of the world's wool is used in the textile and apparel industry.Acupuncture is a common processing method in the weaving industry.Due to its stable mechanical performance,short production process and high efficiency,it is widely applied in the non-weaving industry,accounting for more than 40% of China's non-weaving industry.In this paper,wool fiber and polyester organza yarn are used as experimental materials to explore the rich visual effects of innovative fabrics produced by the combination of wool and polyester fabrics under the needle punching effect of modern needle punching machines.From the material of wool fiber,the color performance of wool fiber,the acupuncture effect of needle machine,the comparison of the effect of wool fiber on different fabrics,and the comparison of the effect of different arrangement of wool fiber and fabric.The needle punching machine is used to combine the wool fiber and the polyester fabric to produce different effects and is suitable for the fabric of autumn and winter clothing.The method effectively combines the warmth of the wool fiber with the characteristics of the polyester fabric,so that the fabric is both aesthetically pleasing and not lost.For the purpose of developing innovative composite needle-punched wool fabrics,polyester base fabric and wool fiber are used as raw materials.Design a(polyester base fabric + wool fiber),b(polyester base fabric + polyester base fabric + wool fiber),c(polyester base fabric)+ Wool fiber + polyester base fabric)Samples of three arrangements.Using modern non-woven needle-punching machine to acupuncture composite fabrics,explore the effect of needle-punching after the different arrangement of wool fiber and polyester base fabric,and design innovative fabrics with different themes.Design samples with different fiber weights,different combinations of wool and fabric.Themechanical properties of each group of fabrics after acupuncture were tested,and the tensile strength,tear strength,bursting strength,thickness,areal density,anti-pilling performance,moisture permeability and permeability of the samples were tested.The properties of the fabric were needled and the reasons for these changes in performance were analyzed.Exploring its mechanical properties and application value,further understanding of acupuncture composite fabrics,exploring how to better combine wool fibers with modern textile technology to innovate fabrics,and provide a powerful basis for designing innovative composite needle-punched fabrics in practice.The results show that the mechanical properties of the composite needled fabric are lower than that of the polyester base fabric.However,as the fiber per unit area increases,its mechanical properties increase and the elongation decrease.Longitudinal mechanical properties are superior to transverse mechanical properties.The mechanical after the needle-punching of the wool properties of the composite fabric on the double-layer polyester fabric is greater than that of the double-layer polyester.As the basis weight of the fiber increases,the thickness of the surface density of the needled fabric increases,and the moisture permeability and permeability are lowered.The pilling performance of the fabric after acupuncture does not change significantly with the increase of the basis weight of the fiber per unit area.The air permeability and moisture permeability of the fabric obtained after needle punching of the C type arrangement are lower than the other two arrangements,and the anti-pilling performance is the best.The acupuncture process is used to design acupuncture composite wool fabrics with different themes.In combination with abstract art,three abstract patterns of cosmic planets,stripes and portraits are designed.Since the main difference between the two arrangements of a and b is the number of layers of the base fabric,if the polyester of a kind of arrangement is thicker,the effect of the b arrangement can be achieved.The finished product is mainly made up of a kind of arrangement,while thebase cloth is made of thicker Roman cloth,sweater cloth,PU leather and other materials.The theme-style fabrics obtained after acupuncture will be applied in three aspects: decorative space,clothing and bags.
