| With the textile technology developing,the added value products become more and more on the market.The cost is reduced,production efficiency is improved and the ecological environment is protected.Now more and more studies are on yarn and design of fabric,but few studies are on thermal performance of fabric.We have used new synthetic fiber etc to design wool-like yarn,and researched 4 different kinds design of wool-like fabric.As standard with woolen fabric's performance,the results show that the NO.3(pai li si)fabric is close to the pure woolfabric.In this paper,we analyzed the influences for the fabric with two kinds of thermal resin.With the orthogonal experiment,we can have the best resin finishingtechnology.Analyzed of the changes in various performance of the fabric before and after thermal finishing,andchecked the performance of wool-like fabric.With grey near optimal experiment,we estimate the fabric performance.Research shows that:1.With DVKARE resin,we use concentrationof resin 30g/l,finalize temperature 160?,time 120 s.With WL-503 SG,we use concentrationof resin 50g/l,finalize temperature 180?,time 120 s.2.Afterthermal finishing,the thermal propertiesof fabric have been improved.Thermal processing with DVKARE has little effect on the other properties of the fabric.3.Testing drape?air permeability and hand feel of the different design fabric after thermal resin?The results show us,with some performance,polyester filament Wool-like fabricafter thermal finishing is close tothe woolfabric even better.4.As reference with clo,drape,air permeability,MIU,B,WC,estimate 8 fabrics after two kinds of thermal resin with Gray Comprehensive Evaluation Theory,the result is fabric of 1-3#has the best dressing performance.Fabric is “ pai li si”(warp 175 D CDP/ PETcomplex yarns,weft 150 D PETDTY,weight 145g/m2),Thermal processing with DVKARE,we use concentration of resin 30g/l,finalizetemperature 160?,time 120 s,this fabric has the best performance of wool-like and also dressing. |
