With the development of the economy and the advent of the Internet era, there has emerged an economic form to meet people's needs. Its requirements for time and space are very low,and both parties to the transaction are based on contracts. This economic form is shared.economic.The essence of this is that participants use the Internet as a platform to conduct transactions to obtain certain benefits.By temporarily separating the ownership and use rights of the resources they own, they then complete the transaction by means of external rental rights. The sharing economy largely breaks away from the boundaries of time and space in the traditional economy, and it is easier to achieve economies of scale and lower marginal costs. From the perspective of the supply side, the sharing economy can maximize the use of idle resources, fully realize the value of resources, and promote innovation. From the perspective of the demand side, the sharing economy provides a guaranteed low-cost,high-consumption consumption model. From the initial "cooperative consumption" to the current "shared economy" development process is very long, but in recent years, the development speed has become leaps and bounds, which is inseparable from technological advancement and the improvement of corresponding facilities,as an innovation. The economic model, which is slowly infiltrating into our lives, has a shadow of shared economic presence in various aspects such as travel, accommodation, catering, and education. It has shown great potential in the context of "Internet +" and has also driven the development of wireless networks and information terminals. The combination of the two promotes a synergy. The sharing economy provides a force that cannot be ignored for the development of society and will surely become a future development trend. However, after observing the shared economic projects that existed in the entire market,it was found that its development was not as smooth as expected. Many companies even faced bankruptcy and liquidation. Most of the rest were in difficult operation and could not see much.Ups and downs, there are basically no projects that can make a profit.Until R's M-sharing economy project was introduced to the market,it not only did not have a lot of financing like Uber,Mobike, ofo, but also realized profit in just one year after launch, and then the overall profitability.Stable rise. This article conducts in-depth research on the basis of profitability, analyzes the reasons why M project has high profitability, rapid growth and sustainable development, and then analyzes and comments on its shortcomings. The development of other projects provides a basis for reference, and finally makes a predictive analysis of the development of the shared economy market. The research in this paper is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the research background, purpose, significance and method of this paper. The second part analyzes the development of the sharing economy and the status quo.The third part analyzes and sorts out the relevant content of the sharing economy profitability, and states the research ideas of profitability analysis. The fourth part is the case study. This paper takes R company and its M shared project as the research object, and analyzes the financial data of the past two years, and then calculates the relevant indicators that can represent the level of enterprise capability based on the financial data.Development trends are analyzed. The fifth part analyzes and evaluates the profit reasons of the R company M project comprehensively, and proposes the shortcomings and corresponding improvement suggestions. The sixth part is to summarize the full text, and analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by the project in the future. Finally, the future research contents of this chapter are prospected.
