Telemetry Technology In Changsha Motor Vehicle Pollution Prevention And ControlApplied Research

The Progress of China 's Urbanization and the Development of Social Economy,the problems such as pollution,traffic jam and energy consumption have been highlighted,and the problem of motor vehicle exhaust pollution prevention and control has become the focus of attention.From the beginning of last century,domestic and foreign motor vehicle exhaust pollution has been in the legislative and technical means for a lot of research.The study I/M system(motor vehicle exhaust detection/maintenance system)is recognized as one of the lowest cost,the most scientific method,the most reasonable implementation,the most effective way to control motor vehicle exhaust pollution.As an important part of the I/M system,the periodic inspection of motor vehicle environmental protection and the measurement of road surface irregularly,the application of technology and so on,have become the main research directions of motor vehicle exhaust pollution prevention and control both at home and abroad.Changsha City in recent years to maintain the rapid development of motor vehicle trends,motor vehicle exhaust pollutants have become the main source of air pollution in Changsha.This paper analyzes the characteristics and trends of exhaust pollution in Changsha,and analyzes the existing problems in the pollution prevention and control measures,and puts forward the solution to the problems of road motor vehicle sampling supervision through remote sensing detection technology.Through the contrast experiment between the remote sensing detection method and the motor vehicle environmental protection periodic inspection method,it is found that there is a certain correlation between the remote sensing detection method and the simple working condition method of the gasoline vehicle and the free acceleration method of the diesel vehicle.The remote sensing method has good statistical regularity when accumulating statistical analysis of a large number of motor vehicle test data,and can be used as a reference for local standard limits of remote sensing detection method in Hunan Province.At the same time,the article analyzes the application of remote sensing in the screening of high pollution vehicles,restricting the entry of heavily polluting vehicles into the restricted area,the monitoring of vehicle environmental monitoring sites,and the investigation of road emission.
