Reorganized bamboo is a kind of bamboo-based panel used widely in construction,furniture,highway guardrails and wind power generation industries because of its low price of raw materials and excellent physical properties.Recently,with the development of economy and the promulgation of national policies prohibiting the harvesting of natural forests,the market demand for reorganized bamboo has become larger and larger.But the existing production lines of hot pressing for reorganized bamboo have the problems of uneven level of automation and lack of information management methods.Therefore,the design and development of a production monitoring and management system for production lines of hot pressing for reorganized bamboo have great significance for the enterprises producing reorganized bamboo to improve production efficiency and reduce production and management costs.This thesis originated from an upgrading of production lines of hot pressing for reorganized bamboo for a machinery company.Aiming at the problem of low automation degree and backward management mode of the production lines,the monitoring and management system for reorganized bamboo production based on MQTT protocol is designed and developed.The main contents and work of this paper are as follows:1.According to the actual demand analysis,on-site investigation results and technical comparison the overall design scheme of the system was proposed.The system was divided into two subsystems:the on-site control system and the remote monitoring management system and the frame structure of two subsystems were designed.2.According to the production process and control requirements of production lines of hot pressing for reorganized bamboo,the design scheme of field control system based on PLC and KINGVIEW was proposed.The system was mainly composed of PLC control system and PC monitoring systems.With the use of Siemens PLC and expansion modules,the PLC control program and communication program were written and the electrical schematic drawing was completed.The monitoring design of the on-site host computer was completed and the production process was visualized to meet the work requirements of the field staff with the use of KINGVIEW.3.In order to ensure real-time,stable and reliable data transmission between field control system and remote monitoring management system,a data exchange scheme using MQTT proxy server and Kafka message system for message routing and data acquisition is designed.4.According to the production management requirements,a remote monitoring management system was designed and established.The remote monitoring management system used MySQL as the database of the system.The Nginx server and the uWSGI server were used as the system Web server.The Bootstrap framework and AJAX technology was used to develop Web interface for system with the backend framework designed by Django.The system has functions such as user login management,device management,real-time monitoring,historical curve display,data reporting and alarm display.The production monitoring and management system for reorganized bamboo designed in this paper has been put into use in a restructured bamboo production enterprise.The system runs steadily and the user feedback has been very positive.
