Design And Implement Of Constructing The Raw Materials Department Of Chong Gang Group's Network Information

The Raw Material Department, is not only in charge of raw and fuel material, fire-proof material, chemical additive, material which are needed by production, overhal and technological transformation of the Joint-stock company and Group company, but also responsible for the scrap steel for the plan, the ordering, thepurchase, storing in the storehouse, supplying the material, the reorganization processing, the contract management, the interior equipment maintenance service, the fixed asset management, the human affairs wages as well as the corresponding supervisory work. The work involves lots of content (materials yard, storehouse, supply station distribution spread the entire company), the work loadbig (variety specification nearly ten thousand, quantity nearly 4million tons, purchases nearly 2 billion yuan), the relations iscomplex. The plan, the ordering, the purchase, receives the mass datas which, sends, saves produces or with the artificial way to carry on processing and the transmission, the link many, the computation tedious, transmits slowly, the administrative personnel to be very difficult prompt accurately to grasp the commodity the consumption,the stock and the market conditions, its rational, a scientific weight standard, has not been far cannot meet the company large scale production need, seriously affects the company the modernized advancement. In order to strengthen the goods and material handling, the control purchase cost, reduces the commodity consumption, the reduced fundtakes, guarantees the best reserve quantity which the production needs, establishes the goods and material handling information system which the adaption modern management needs to be imminent.This paper refers to the Internet technology, the software encryption technology, database technology, designes and implements the Network Information System (NIS) for The Raw Material Department of Chongqing iron and steel company, after researching and analyzing the situation of many companies and ourself. The main contents are:(1)researches and analyzes many mature network information system of the companies, and confirm the thought of designing the NIS for The Raw Material Department, determines the minute step of implementation construction plan.(2)According to the actual situation of The Raw Material Department, utilizes the database technology and the network technology, plans to establish seven management subsystems, including: the material subsystem, the crude fuel subsystem, the scrap steel subsystem, maintains the service, the fixed asset subsystem, the human affairs wages file subsystem, capital letter management subsystem, the system administration subsystem.(3)According to the Oracle data management system and SCO the Unix operating system, guarantees the system to have the higher data-handling capacity, as well as system movement stability, security and I/O volume of goods handled.(4)This system is designed and developmented, based on the platform of Unix OS, Oracle databsae and Oracle Application Server as the system structure which is B/S in the mass and C/S at background.(5)Using the PC anywhere technology, realizes the software long-distance maintenance and service.
