In order to develop key downhole tools for horizontal well fracturing,segmental acidification,layered water injection,stratified water shutoff and water control,a large number of indoor simulation experiments are required.However,the conventional indoor experimental devices are mainly designed and constructed for vertical wells.Some existing horizontal well experimental devices are also relatively simple in function,and cannot meet the simulation of the actual working conditions of various process columns and supporting tools in the horizontal state.In order to meet the needs of horizontal well tool simulation experiments,this paper designs and analyzes the horizontal well tools comprehensive simulation experiment system.Therefore,it has important engineering application value.The functions required for the comprehensive simulation experiment of the horizontal well tool are mainly include the functions of setting,pressure,unsealing,torque application and measurement,displacement measurement,tensile pressure application and measurement,hydraulic pressure test,etc.The overall design of the program was first carried out,including integrated simulation test bench,hydraulic system,hydraulic system,data acquisition and control system and system software.The integrated simulation test bench is mainly composed of a hydraulic cylinder,a casing device,a base frame,a torque application and detection mechanism,a tensile force application and detection mechanism,a rail mechanism,a trolley device,and a sealing assembly.Combined with finite element knowledge,the ANSYS limit element analysis software is used to perform static analysis and modal analysis on the main structure of the simulation test bench,including bearing mounting plate,casing device,tension bar,beam,etc.This is done to ensure the design is strong and secure.The experimental system data acquisition and control system,electrical control and monitoring software design were carried out,which can realize the remote automatic control of the integrated simulation experiment device.The system control software part adopts engineering module analysis method and object-oriented programming method,which has the characteristics of real-time,accurate and reliable.The monitoring software interface is good,the operation is simple,the humanmachine dialogue function is perfect,and it has the advantages of data storage and real-time display.The functional experiments of the horizontal well tool comprehensive simulation experiment system were carried out,including tensile pressure test,hydraulic pressure test,drilling and milling test,and tensile and displacement detection.The test shows that each system has met the design requirements,and the horizontal well tool comprehensive simulation experiment system can meet the needs of the horizontal well tool indoor simulation experiment.
