As the"green lung"of the provincial capital,the southern mountain area of Jinan is an extremely important part of the urban ecosystem of Jinan.It is not only an important urban ecological barrier and ecological function area of Jinan,but also an extremely important Groundwater Conservation and recharge area of Jinan spring area because of its huge water conservation function,especially to slow down the greenhouse effect and the urban heat island effect of Jinan and to restore it.Atmospheric environmental pollution,carbon pools and carbon sink bases with unique and important functions are of great significance for maintaining the balance of urban ecosystem,guaranteeing the long-term gushing of springs and urban flood control.Eco-sensitivity assessment is a reflection of the degree of ecosystem damage,and an important basis for scientific and rational regional ecological restoration and ecological function area planning.But at present,there is no quantitative,operational and targeted evaluation system in China.The existing guiding evaluation methods are difficult to meet the requirements of the practice of"multi-type,multi-level"evaluation system.Through the evaluation of regional ecological sensitivity,this paper clearly identifies the potential problems of ecological protection and construction in the natural state of southern mountainous areas,so as to determine the specific spatial areas where different sensitivity levels are located.Based on the results of comprehensive evaluation of ecological sensitivity,the planning of ecological functional areas can provide a scientific theoretical basis for ecological construction.Based on RS and GIS technology,the study establishes a geographic information database for the southern mountainous areas of Jinan.According to the natural situation,social and cultural overview,ecological environment and construction status of the southern mountainous areas,eight factors including elevation,slope,aspect,landscape ecological value,land use type,vegetation coverage,vegetation cover type and soil erosion were selected to construct the southern mountainous area.The eco-sensitivity evaluation index system uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the single-factor weights,conducts comprehensive evaluation and analysis of ecological sensitivities,and on this basis,carries out ecological function zone planning for the southern mountainous areas.Research indicates:1.Establish a geographic information database for southern mountainous areas of JinanUsing 2018 high-resolution SPOT7,TM8 images and DEM images as the main information source,RS and GIS technologies are used to interpret remote sensing images.According to the interpretation results,the southern mountainous areas are divided into construction land,water area,cultivated land,shrub land and forest land.There are 5categories,of which shrub land area is larger,accounting for 43.43%of the total area.The construction land and water area are small,accounting for 8.02%and 0.65%of the total area,and cultivated land and forest land account for 27.02%and 20.89%respectively.2.Ecological sensitivity assessment of mountainous areas in southern Jinan(1)Single factor ecological sensitivity assessmentUsing ArcGIS software for single factor sensitivity evaluation and analysis,the overall ecological sensitivity of slope is weakly sensitive.The overall ecological sensitivity of elevation,slope direction and vegetation coverage are moderately sensitive,landscape ecological value and land use type.The overall ecological sensitivity of the four factors,vegetation cover type and soil erosion are highly sensitive.(2)Comprehensive evaluation of ecological sensitivityUsing the weighted summation model,spatial superposition analysis of each single factor in ArcGIS,the comprehensive evaluation results of ecological sensitivity in southern mountain areas are obtained:insensitive area 313.56 km~2,mild sensitive area 311.54 km~2,moderate sensitive area 685.24 km~2,height The sensitive area is 483.01 km~2,and the extremely sensitive area is 153.22 km~2,accounting for 16.11%,16.00%,35.20%,24.81%,and 7.87%of the total area of the southern mountainous area,respectively.3.Planning of ecological function zones in the southern mountainous area of JinanOn the basis of the evaluation of the ecological sensitivity of the mountainous area in the south of Jinan,combined with the ecological planning goal of"multi-regulation"in the southern mountainous area,the overall spatial pattern of"three hearts,four axes and six pieces"was proposed,and the"three areas and three lines"were constructed."The space management system and the ecological protection pattern of"three cores,three belts,multiple corridors and multiple points"are divided into prohibited construction areas——ecological core conservation areas,restricted construction areas——ecological general conservation areas,suitable construction areas——The river valley develops three ecological functional areas in the district,and proposes nine major approaches and countermeasures for the establishment of a southern mountainous area integrating water conservation,resource conservation,landscape construction and leisure tourism.
