Each platform through the process design, product development, product registra-tion approval, product production and other links, each link, each platform is currently at a "fragmented" state, but in fact each link, each platform the know-ledge is relevant, the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge transfer and sharing of whether reasonable will affect the effective implementation of R&D project.This thesis mainly uses literature search method, theoretical research, surveys and case analysis method of combining, referring to the theory of knowledge mana-gement on knowledge management system, knowledge transfer and sharing, know-ledge spiral creation, knowledge strategy, the W-S-R methodology etc. The diagnosis reagent in the process of development of knowledge transfer and sharing efficiency for the study, mainly for the following several aspects:1Through the analysis of theory and application status at home and abroad on the transfer and sharing of know-ledge management knowledge, and the characteristics of diagnostic reagents and diagnostic reagents, the research on the knowledge transfer and sharing efficiency research ideas and frameworks.2Through the knowledge of diagnostic reagent R&D in the form of knowledge creation, knowledge, analysis of spiral strategy and meth-odology of W-S-R, the factors affecting the transfer and sharing diagnosis reagent developed based on knowledge.3Using W-S-R methodology as the theoretical knowledge base design diagnostic reagent development transfer and sharing of the questionnaire of factors, and analyses the results of the questionnaire, analysis of variance, the important degree analysis, the main factors affecting the transfer and sharing of three kinds of factors important degree sequence of factors and W-S-R into a knowledge strategy diagnostic kit development enterprises in the side key and the knowledge.4The Biochem Group R&D center as the research object, analysis of knowledge transfer and sharing influence factors and improvement measures, changes of R&D personnel working state and efficiency of the implementation measures of statistics and analysis, determined to improve knowledge transfer and sharing efficiency according to the important influence factors.This thesis is an exploratory study of use of knowledge management in R&D projects of diagnostic reagents.
