Electric heating textile is a generic term for textiles that uses a power supply to control heating elements to achieve temperature regulation.It has characteristics such as fast heating speed,good durability,and easy temperature control.It is widely used in clothing,military,medical and other fields.As the basic component of an electric heating textile,a heating wire is required to have good heat generation,comfort,and safety.At present,the electric heating wire has the problems of low conversion efficiency,insufficient flexibility,complicated process,poor resistance to folding and poor washability.This paper proposes a method for forming a flexible heating wire by carbon nanotube printing and dyeing polyester yarn.Through the development of flexible heating wire forming system,from the influence of process parameters on the forming properties of the heating wire,the heating effect of the molded specimen under different arrangement density and the voltage condition were studied,which provides guidance for the subsequent research on the electric heating fabric.The construction of the flexible heating wire forming system.According to the flexible heating wire forming method of printing and dyeing and preparation requirements,puts forward the overall scheme of molding system,the forming system composed of the acoustic vibration direct printing and dyeing module,curing molding module,flexible processing module and the speed regulating module,to provide hardware support for the follow-up study of carbon nanotubes and dyeing polyester yarn for preparing flexible heating wire.Research on the forming material and process of flexible heating wire.According to the characteristics of the matrix and filling material,the flexible heating wire forming system is established,and the forming method of the heating wire is determined.The preparation of the flexible heating wire is preliminarily realized,and the heating wire with uniform surface and good bonding degree is obtained.The effect of process parameters and water washing on the forming effect of flexible heating wire is studied.Taking factors such as solution concentration,dyeing time,vibration frequency and drying temperature as objects,studied the degree of influence and order of primary and secondary factors,so as to get the best combination of process parameters.The results show that when the concentration of carbon nanotubes is 8wt%,the vibration frequency is 80 Hz,the dyeing time is 2 min,and the drying temperature is 40 degrees,the effect of heat wire is the best.The order of influence is obtained as follows: solution concentration > vibration frequency > drying temperature > immersion time.According to the factors that affect the forming effect of flexible heating wire,the single factor of solution concentration is selected to study the surface morphology,microstructure and electrical properties of the flexible heating wire,and the water washability of the flexible heating wire is tested.The results showed that the surface of the heating wire formed by 8wt% carbon nanotube solution concentration was even and the net structure was flat.The resistance value of the heating wire under the 401.341?m,10 cm length is 3.348k? and the molding effect is the best.The result of washing resistance shows that with the increase of washing times,the resistance value of the heating wire increases gradually and the resistance value of the heating wire increases by 34.74% after 10 times.Study on the heating performance of heating specimens under different conditions.Based on plain weave structure,the heating performance of samples under different distribution density and voltages were studied.The results show that: 1)Under the working voltage of 12 V,five kinds of specimens with different arrangement densities can achieve the heating effect.Among them,the heating temperature of 15 heat samples obtained is 44.2?,which meets the comfort requirements of the human body.2)When the working voltage is 9V,the sample is arranged with a density of 15 pieces.After the electricity is applied,the heating temperature can reach 38.3? and the heat uniformity is good.Initially,low-pressure fever was achieved,which verified the feasibility of heating samples prepared from a flexible heating wire to achieve the required heating temperature of the human body.
