Inside steel companies,the raw material yard is responsible for the input,storage,processing and output of raw materials such as ore and coal.In view of the characteristics of the raw and fuel materials property,combined with the influence of the working and natural meteorological conditions,the dust pollution caused by different levels of dust would occur easily.As series of national environment protection policies being advanced and implemented in recent years gradually,Baosteel has been gradually moving towards the goal of cleaner production,green manufacturing and circular economy.Therefore,the clean production of raw material yard has become a key technical subject and must be solved urgently.In order to improve the technical level of clean production in Baosteel raw materials stockyard,combined with the stockyard of its own characteristics,and from the view point of reducing material dust emission,improving utilization of secondary resources,and decreasing transportation processing electricity consumption,multiple clean production technologies were developed independently and put into production in Baosteel raw material stockyard,such as the belt machine attached with blocking control method,fast rotating thin steel slag dust from reclaimer method and application technology of clean production technology of different varieties of confluence.Developed a tape tilt type arc guide slide,sweeper combination installation device and put into production,the cleaner production has achieved remarkable results,realizing the coordinated development of the raw material field of environmental protection and economic benefits.The main conclusions are as follows.Raw material yard dust squirt guns can use 18mm,SW-50C type nozzle caliber 0.7MPa water pressure as the conventional spraying.The use of N81620 coagulant dust,coal concentration ratio of 3%,the concentration ratio of 1.5%powder is better and can realize certain waterproof performance.Using a series of technical measures,dust-proof net chute plugging material affixed to the outside,the fields of dust have been significantly controlled.In a certain proportion range,increase of steel slag,blast furnace ash,sludge and the mixing quantity of iron oxide can improve the sinter drum strength,grade of TFe,and the rate of finished products;but at the same time,Zn and P enrichment effect on sinter quality should be considered.The pre mixing blast furnace dust and combined operation related technical measures can effectively reduce the adverse effects of solid waste raw materials brought to the blended ore accumulation process,greatly improving the quantity of solid waste.The process of switching and merging technology can improve the working efficiency and reclaiming machine and reduce the power consumption per ton ore operations.
