With the ever-increasing fierce competition among the global steel industries,It comes to recognition that the three-layer structure(ERP/MES/PCS)is an envisagement of integrated manufacturing system?Esp.with the background of vigorous production capacity of con-casting&tandem rolling for medium and thin slab,The Coil Yard logistic system,as a core of MES,It plays an important part in modern industry production.Taking the 1700 production line,based on the investigation and research for technics of casting,hot-rolling and current management of coil-yard,the paper analyzes the matters of current management of coil-yard,puts optimized technologies of stock management into the project.The Coil Yard logistic system(for short CYC)of hot mill,which mainly takes charge of tracking of equipments,managing of pile_No.and the tracking of the coil information in Coil Yard.On the one hand,CYC needs to communicate with ERP system to receive some kinds of plan,and it must transmit all coil results to ERP system at the same time;on the other hand,in order to receive all kinds of data information,CYC needs to communicate with PLC,process computer system,and CLTS system.Based on totally analyzing the way of Object Oriented prgrarming,adopting iteractive programming mode,the paper also develops and designs the soft system:optimized management of stock for hot-rolling coil-yard.The system advances rationalization of for coil-yard's logistic operation and improves management level for coil-yard's producing automation.Finaly,as an emphasis,this paper proposes a inventory match mode which is based on the practical conditions of hot mill strip production,taking assorted restrictions like product name,type,weight,quality class,deadline of delivery and priority class into account.This thesis uses the hybrid arithmetic of greedy algorithm and genetic algorithm to solve inventory matching problem in hot milling strip production.Proved by the emulation results based on real data,the model and arithmetic suggested by the author is extremely practical.
