As an industrial revolution of printing technology, digital printing has the advantages of flexible production, simple process, low cost and colorful colors when compared with traditional rotary screen and flat screen printing technology. Also,it has a low discharge of sewage in the production process, which is a relatively new environmentally friendly printing method.Silk is a natural high-grade textile fiber material. The beautiful colors and patterns could presented on the surface of silk to increase their added values by digital printing.Although the above advantages of digital printing, the stability of the active ink used in the actual production process still needs to be enhanced, and the pollution and energy consumption problems in the fixing and pre-treatment processes also need to be further improved. In order to solve the above problems, this topic is aim at optimizing and improving the various processes of digital silk printing, and mainly carries out the research work around follows:1.Preparation of high stability digital inkjet printing inkHigh electronegativity cellulose nanospheres with small particle size and excellent monodispersity were prepared by mixed acid method. As a dispersing agent,a reactive dye and some appropriate kind of auxiliary agent were compounded to prepare a highly stable active digital printing ink for digital printing of silk. The physical properties of the configured reactive dye inks were optimized by orthogonal test;Compared with the common commercial reactive dye ink,it was found that the cellulose nanosphere has an important influence on the conductivity of the viscosity meter of the ink, whether the physical properties of the ink or the digital printing effect on the silk was superior to the common commercial ink.2.Study on the fusion of cold reactor process and flash processIn order to reduce the high energy consumption in the process of conventional reactive dye inkjet printing, cold reactor process was used to replace the conventional steaming process, and the influence of various process parameters on the color yield of printing was systematically studied. The cold stacking process and the steaming process were combined for the solid color treatment of the silk reactive dye ink printing. It was found that the cold stack-flash combination process greatly reduced the water washing amount and the steam consumption during the printing process. In summary, the goal of this project is to optimize and improve the various processes of reactive dye digital printing. And the results of the thesis provide a theoretical basis and support for the overall reduction of energy consumption and sewage discharge of digital printing, saving manpower and material resources, improving product quality, and achieving digital environmental protection technology to achieve more environmentally friendly goals.
