Silk loads the five thousand years' civilization of China,which has become an important bond to connect the world's economy and civilization.With the change of dynasty and time,the silk manufacturing technology have continued to mature,the silk products have become more and more beautiful,and the silk fabric printing and dyeing technology has also been breaking through.Digital printing technology appeared in the 1960s and 1970s.Because it has the advantages of high definition,high flexibility and high environmental protection compared with traditional printing technology,it is regarded as the most potential environmentally friendly new printing and dyeing technology in the future.As is well-known,environmental protection has always been one of the important themes of world.The environmental protection of digital printing technology is mainly reflected in the printing and dyeing process,and the printing process is controlled by computer to print on demand.The printing process does not require water or color paste,which reduces the production of printing and dyeing waste water.Its post-processing,such as steaming and washing,is almost the same as traditional printing and dyeing technology.The source of printing and dyeing waste water is printing ink,so the development of environmentally-friendly ink is particularly important.For the sizing process before the traditional silk fabric digital inkjet printing,a large amount of slurry is needed,which is easy to cause the fabric to feel hard,the difficulty of desizing,high energy consumption and high water consumption,etc.Therefore,non-sizing digital jet printing technology for silk Fabrics based on waterproofing agent EPF was developed in this paper,and the printing effect of silk fabrics obtained by this non-sizing process is compared with the one obtained by traditional sizing process.The Orthogonal experimental results showed that the best non-sizing process was formulated with waterproofing agent EPF 1.5%,softener 0.5%,sodium bicarbonate 2.0%,and the bath ratio of 1:30.After steaming at 100 ? for 10 min,the printed fabric after non-sizing treatment can obtain the similar printing K/S value,higher fixing rate and better wash fastness,breathability,moisture permeability,drape and softness to the traditional sodium alginate sizing fabric.In addition,the chemical oxygen demand of the soaping waste liquid of the printed fabric is greatly reduced,thus the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction is achieved.Different fiber fabrics were selected to record the influence data of printing K/S values of different digital printers under different urea contents and different external environmental factors.The complex and cumbersome experimental data points were processed into response surface spray to wet technical conditions model by Design Expert software.The actual factor equation is generated,and the equations of each sample are combined with the response surface model to explore the influence of various factors on the K/S value of the printing,so as to accurately control the coloring rate of different samples.The development of environmentally friendly textile printing and dyeing technology based on digital printing is not only environmentally friendly in the digital printing process,but also requires energy saving and emission reduction after printing and dyeing wastewater after digital printing.The significant advantages of the pre-pulp-free pretreatment process for the real silk digital printing developed in this paper are not only to save the use cost of chemical reagents,but also to reduce the chemical oxygen demand,which is of great significance in energy saving and emission reduction.At the same time,the software is used to establish the spray-to-wet condition model,and the influence of various external factors on the K/S value of the printing is explored,so as to achieve precise control of the coloring rate of the fabric.Finally,a new method was developed for the research and control of printing K/S values in the industry.
