Study On The Construction Of Ecological Environment In Taiyuan City

The ecological environment is the basic condition for human survival and development.The construction of ecological environment plays an important role in the process of human health and sustainable development.China's economy has been in a stage of rapid development,and the process of urbanization has been accelerating.But it has also caused many serious environmental problems.Taiyuan city is located in a middle area of our country.It is a traditional heavy industrial energy city,with fragile ecological environment and slow progress.In this background,we did this systematic study about of ecological environment construction in Taiyuan city,and giving the suggestions as wellThis paper summarized the main characteristics and the significance,connotation and ecological environment construction of ecological city.It also introduced some foreign advanced experience of the construction of certain foreign ecological cities and the situation and successful experience from domestic cities.Also,we analyzed the achievements and shortcomings,characteristics of ecological environment in Taiyuan city.Finally,based on the characteristics and the current situation of Taiyuan's ecological environment construction,we gave main idea and the path of Taiyuan's ecological environment construction with local characteristics.From the analysis and summary,we gave "major ideas and pathways",which include strengthening the organization and leadership;strengthening and perfecting the field of ecological environment construction of the local legal system;making full use of market instruments to promote green economic development;enhancing the level of science and technology and the improvement of the ecological environment governance mechanism of public participation;focusing on fundamental improvement in city environment and the public construction of spiritual civilization;enhancing the improvement of the ecological environment governance mechanism of public participation.It will provide spiritual power for the construction of the ecological environment,and theoretical guidance for the successful construction of ecological environment in Taiyuan city.
