Analysis Of Air Quality Change In The Past 12 Years And The Strategy Of Pollution Control

The problem of atmospheric pollution has become more and more serious as China’s industrialization,the discharge of multiple pollutants has exceeded the threshold value of the atmosphere,further causes frequent haze events.Although Qi Xian is a small county and its industries are not well-developed,the capital of Taiyuan is in its north,and near to Taigu and Pingyao in the east and west,Qi Xian is important transportation hubs.However,the formation of hazy weather in recent years has affected the daily lives of the people and the sustainable development of Qi Xian in the future.Therefore,the air quality problem in Qi Xian cannot be ignored.In this paper,the three annual average pollutants of SO2,NO2,and PM10 in the past 12 years,and the trend of annual average value of PM2.5,CO,and O3 pollutants in the past 3 years was analyzed.The results showed that the air quality of SO2,NO2,and PM,oin the recent 10 years is basically in a good-excellent state;the air quality of PM2.5,CO,and O3 in the recent 3 years is slightly polluted,which is in close contact with the economy,industry,coal and motor vehicles.In view of the trend of the monthly mean values in different years,the pollutants show seasonal changes,and it often presents moderate pollution in the coldest months of December and January,and the rest of the months was in a good-excellent state.The cause of the change may be coal burning,temperature,light,etc.during the heating period.It is concluded that there has been not deterioration in the environment of Qi Xian and that it is still in control range,there is no much impact on the production and living of the people.However,it should also be given attention to the possibility of mild pollution.It should be "nip in the bud" and plans and measures should be formulated in advance.For example,strict environmental protection legislation,serious law enforcement,economic adjustments to the industrial structure of Qi Xian,conversion of high energy consumption to high efficiency corporate development models,overall control of the total discharge of various pollutants,the control of the number of motor vehicles,dust and construction of roads Construction site dust control,the establishment of fireworks and fire suppression area,the increase of straw burning management and straw utilization,the increase of environmental protection funds,and urban green coverage area,etc.,So as to accelerate the early realization of "no coal-beauty" Qi Xian.
