In the process of crude oil extraction,it is inevitable that water will be mixed in,which is a normal phenomenon and a universal law.Water-cut mining is a process that almost every field in the world will experience,especially those oil fields that have high oil extraction velocity or adopt water injection methods,even at the later stage of exploitation,the water cut of crude oil is as high as 90% or more.At the present stage,most of the domestic oil fields have entered the middle and late stages of oil exploration,for instance,the water cut of crude oil is already above 90% in the famous Daqing Oilfield.Qualified crude oil has a water cut below 0.5%,In order to achieve the standard of water cut,the demand and frequency of crude oil dehydration in oil fields has increased significantly.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop an oil storage tank automatic dehydration control system with high reliability and high adaptability.The crude oil dehydration in oil production process is treated as the research background,and the automatic dehydration control system of crude oil is studied.On the basis of reading a large number of related literatures at home and abroad,improvements have been made based on the issues existing in the existing automatic dehydration scheme for crude oil,and a new crude oil automatic dehydration control system has been designed.First of all,Ansoft HFSS electromagnetic simulation software was employed to emulate the frequency of the excitation signal emitted by the sensor when microwave method and short wave method were used to measure the water cut of crude oil,analyze the emulation results of measuring the water cut of crude oil.Comparing the maximum insertion loss of microwave method and shortwave method under full-scale conditions,without considering other factors such as temperature,salinity,and liquid phase,it can be concluded that measuring the water cut of crude oil is more accurate when using the short-wave method than the microwave method,this determines the model selection of the crude oil moisture content measuring instrument.And then,the plan design of the oil storage tank automatic dehydration control system was initially completed,and the control objectives and control requirements of the system were determined.Then select PLC,intermediate relays,touch screen and solenoid valve and other hardware model in the control system based on this.Finally,design the PLC program,including data acquisition and solenoid valve and alarm control functions.Next,using MCGS embedded version configuration software for HMI design of human-computer interaction interface,realized the use of touch screen in conjunction with PLC to control the system's on,off,alarm and various parameter display functions.The 3D visualization technology of ICONIC GENESIS 64 three-dimensional configuration software was used to create a three-dimensional model of the entire oil storage tank automatic dehydration control system and create simulation animation effects,real-time monitoring of the working status of the system was achieved through data transmission using the industry standard OPC.Finally,based on the above content,an experimental test device was set up,after repeated tests,it was confirmed that the oil storage tank automatic dehydration control system designed in this paper has high reliability and good adaptability.
