It is a common phenomenon that moisture content of crude oil comes out when exploiting crude oil.Almost all the oilfields of the world go through the period of moisture content of crude oil when reviewing the past,As far as known,the oil exploitation of China goes to the mid-post stage.Set Liaohe oilfield as an example,the crude moisture reaches to a value of 85%.It's necessary to develop a well-adapted and reliable crude oil dehydration system to get the qualified crude oil with a low moisture content which less than 0.5% to satisfying the increasing need for dewatering the crude oil.Based on this paper,the background and the object of the study are crude oil dehydration and automatic dewatering system of oilcan.This paper achieves a systematic design of the overall study and optimizes the placement of sensors for particularly.The simulation result implies that the shortwave absorption principle comparing with the microwave radiation,has a high accuracy to measure the water content of crude oil when using electromagnetic simulation software.Based on that,this paper uses shortwave absorption principle as a way to calculate the water content in crude oil of the automatic dewatering system of oilcan.This paper investigates the dynamic detection of water cut analyzer under the high moisture content circumstance.Also,it compares the moisture content of sensor measurement and off-line measurement by using the improved infrared spectrophotometry.The experimental results show that the dynamic detection of water cut analyzer is qualified enough to satisfying the requirements of using automatic dewatering system of oilcan.This paper studies the temperature effect on the accuracy of water cut method under the high moisture content circumstance.The study implies that the temperature compensation value and variation differ in temperature under the high moisture content circumstance.The moisture content of sensor measurement increases with the elevated temperature,when the experimental temperature higher than inflection point temperature.It is necessary to design a negative compensation to improve the measurement accuracy.On the contrary,the moisture content of sensor measurement decreases with the elevated temperature,when the experimental temperature less than inflection point temperature.It is necessary to design a positive compensation under this circumstance.Based on that,this paper designs an improved control plan by using 2 different set values to distinguish oil?water and emulsification so that the researcher can achieve the purpose of optimizing the automatic dewatering system of oilcan.This paper manages lots of experimental research to select the key setting values.The set value for opening is 80%,while the set value for closing is 60%.In the end,this paper testifies the feasibility of the control plan and the rationality of the key value selection by using PLC's experimental facility.
