Since 2008,the revenue of HBIS Group Handan Iron and steel company has declined a lot affected by a series of international financial crisis,the production and management situation gradually deteriorated.Since 2013,the company even suffered a loss.In order to reverse the loss situation,Handan Iron and Steel Company decided to implement the dynamic optimization from inner part,including "cutting the cost before using iron,increasing benefit after the steel,improving energy utilization,optimizing logistics".Thus 47 key cutting cost and increasing benefit measures had been implemented.Especially at the end of 2013,in order to reduce the production cost,Handan Iron and steel company decided to further reduce peripheral costs of equipment maintenance and inspection and cancel 4000 equipment maintenance and inspection auxiliary personnel,which making the contradictions between the original serious shortage of equipment maintenance and inspection capacity and the ability to support large-scale equipment needed sharpened in Handan Iron and steel company.Therefore,to improve the equipment maintenance and inspection personnel incentive mechanism has become the inherent requirement and inevitable choice of the development of Handan Iron and steel company.This study's mainly research objects are equipment maintenance and inspection personnel in Handan Iron and steel company.Based on literature research and in-depth interviews,we have formulated the "Incentive mechanism satisfaction questionnaire of Handan Iron and steel company's equipment maintenance and inspection personnel" firstly.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,the satisfaction of the current incentive mechanism of Handan Iron and steel company is obtained.We also find out some problems of the company and make targeted analysis.Secondly,this study makes some targeted designs including performance appraisal,salary structure,vocational development planning training system and material and spiritual incentives.Finally,this study provides safeguard measures for the implementation of incentive mechanism for equipment maintenance and inspection personnel in Handan Iron and steel company from optimizing the organizational structure of maintenance and inspection personnel,improving the"people-oriented" corporate culture,establishing and improving the performance feedback and communication mechanism and constructing a systematic and fair evaluation system.Through the research on the incentive mechanism of Handan Iron and steel company's equipment maintenance and inspection personnel,this study is helpful to solve the practical problems such as the low enthusiasm and the lack of creativity of the equipment maintenance and inspection personnel,it's also very meaningful for Handan Iron and steel company to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness,improve the labor efficiency and reduce the cost of human resources.
