Based On TPM Theory, H Company Oil And Gas Equipment Pipe Maintenance Level Evaluation Analysis And Improvement Measures Are Explored

With the rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of industrial manufacturing level,the equipment used in various industries has become increasingly complicated.How to effectively manage the equipment has become a difficult problem of The Times.TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)as an excellent equipment management technology and means,has been applied in all walks of life at home and abroad.Through its concept,activity system,education and training,autonomous preservation,plan preservation and other measures,in improving the equipment operation rate,improve production efficiency,ensure product quality,reduce waste,improve the effective life of equipment and other aspects have played an important role.However,in the field of petrochemical industry in China,the level of equipment management is inadequate,and the application of TPM is also rare.As a result,the equipment management maintenance system of most petrochemical enterprises in China is still in the experience stage of BM(Breakdown Maintenance).As an oil and gas transportation company,H company also has the above disadvantages.For example,poor operation environment of equipment,failure to pay attention to equipment spot inspection,and failure to pay attention to normal equipment plan preservation lead to the organization and maintenance of equipment after failure in most cases,which consumes a lot of time,reduces the service life and efficiency of equipment,and increases direct and indirect output costs.Therefore,this paper use the advanced TPM theory and technology and successful implementation cases for reference to H company's equipment management maintenance and improvement measures.First as detailed as possible according to the twin-screw pump,water jacket heating furnace and twin-plate floating roof tank equipment failure and maintenance experience.First,analyze the current equipment maintenance status of H company,then analyze and evaluate the equipment maintenance level,and finally put forward improvement measures.By the TPM training education,5S improvement,Effective implementation of spot inspection and improvement measures,enhances the staff of the TPM theory foundation,improved the equipment's running environment,eliminates the problems of large range,reduces the probability of equipment malfunction,strengthened the H company's equipment maintenance level,promoting the OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
