JC is a wholly state-owned testing company.Facing the rapidly changing economic environment and the social background of bringing forth the new through the old,the company pays more and more attention to the technicians who are active in thinking and easy to accept new things,and the technicians gradually play a pivotal role in the company.However,the high turnover rate of technical staff and the frequent troubles of business departments about how to better motivate technical staff force JC company to study how to better motivate technical staff to play their strengths and steadily grow together with the company.Although there are many researches on incentives in the academic circle,how to apply them to specific companies is still a problem.JC company needs to closely contact with the actual situation of the company and employees,to understand whether the current incentive system is effective,and accurately locate efficient incentive factors,develop a proper and reasonable incentive system.Under this background,there are some enterprises in the aspect of employee incentive spending heavily but still serious brain drain,main problem is that some managers work ignored the importance of soft environment,simply financial incentives as a "lifeline",could not form a reasonable effective incentive mechanism to stimulate staffs work enthusiasm and sense of belonging.For technology intensive enterprises in human resources management on these problems,by is typical with JC company,sums up some unique feature of JC company technical personnel management,also to the existing problems and risks at the same time make some proposal,hope can through the analysis of JC company incentive mechanism to solve these problems and provide solutions to these problems.Based on relevant theories of incentive mechanism at home and abroad,this paper takes JC company,a technology-intensive enterprise,as an example to analyze the incentive mechanism of technical staff in JC company by means of literature research,employee interview and questionnaire.This paper consists of five chapters.First,it discusses why this topic is studied and the research framework of this paper.Second,to learn,read and learn from the theoretical knowledge of incentive mechanism at home and abroad,and provide theoretical basis for the subsequent improvement design;Third,introduce the basic read and learn from the theoretical knowledge of incentive mechanism at home and abroad,and provide theoretical basis for the subsequent improvement design;Third,introduce the basic situation of JC company and the current situation of incentive mechanism for technical personnel,and analyze the existing problems and causes of incentive mechanism.Fourth,the paper introduces the ideas and principles of incentive improvement,the improvement scheme of incentive system,the optimal design of incentive effect and other construction features.Fifth,pay attention to the guarantee measures of incentive mechanism and propose solutions to the possible problems.This paper is conducive to JC company's incentive measures to optimize,so as to improve the company's management level,enhance the core competitiveness,and ultimately improve the company's economic benefits.
