Research On Construction Of Safety Life-saving Management System And Design Of Life-saving Facilities In Public Waters Of Urban Lakes

Urban lakes are an important part of the urban environment.They carry functions such as beautifying the environment,improving the climate,adjusting the temperature difference,and protecting the life and property safety of urban residents.With the acceleration of urbanization,the urban population presents a growing trend,the area of urban lakes is constantly being squeezed,and safety accidents around urban lakes are frequent.facing such a severe situation,how do government departments respond to and carry out related work and prevent has been the main purpose of this study.With the development of society,urban lakes already have physical,financial,human,and technical requirements for the establishment of water life-saving management systems.Although some urban lakes already have an initial safety management system,their management methods and means are backward,and their management efficiency is low.In the case of complex drowning,the government still has no way to control the drowning accident.Therefore,research on the safety and life-saving management system of public waters in urban lakes has a great practical value in the research.Through the research and implementation of the safety management system for public waters in urban lakes,and extended to all rural lakes and other public waters,so as to truly control and control domestic public waters,reduce the rate of drowning accidents,and protect people's lives and property.Life-saving facilities are indispensable hardware facilities for the safety protection of urban lakes.They play an extremely important role in the rescue of urban lakes.However,there are serious problems in the construction,management,and design of existing life-saving facilities.The basic loss of its functional value can not provide security for the public waters of urban lakes.Therefore,through the study of the “safekeeping system for public waters in public waters of urban lakes” and the “design of life-saving facilities”,this paper reveals the security problems faced by urban lakes in China,starting from both hardware and software,and increasing the safety coefficient of public waters in urban lakes.To establish a systematic,standardized,modern,scientific safe life-saving system for the public waters of urban lakes,and seek for its leap-forward development.
