The construction industry is an important pillar and engine of China's economic and social development.However,this industry is also a high-risk industry in China.Construction workers' death threats have long been higher than in other industries.China has a large population and relatively scarce land resources.Prefabricated building construction can play a positive role in improving the efficiency of land resource use,tapping the internal potential of the city,improving people's living standards,and optimizing transportation.In recent years,Building Information Model(BIM)technology has achieved good development in the domestic construction industry,and has been favored by the majority of professionals,which is conducive to optimizing the operation and management of this industry and promoting technological innovation in the industry.The most obvious advantage of BIM technology is that it can identify technical problems and safety hazards that may be encountered during construction as early as possible.In this paper,the assembly-oriented building is the research object,aiming at optimizing the traditional safety management mode,using empirical analysis method,literature investigation method,causal analysis chart method,etc.,combined with a case of assembly project in Qingdao,Shandong Province,based on BIM.Applied research on the safety management of prefabricated buildings has mainly done the following work:On the basis of identifying the hazard source of prefabricated building construction,combined with relevant statistical data,it summarizes the types of accidents that have a high probability of occurrence in the construction of domestic assembly buildings,and analyzes and summarizes the risk factors causing this part of the accident.The degree of risk is graded using the operating condition risk assessment method.After BIM-based dynamic construction simulation,safety education training,and improvement of construction safety plan,the integration of BIM technology and assembly-type construction safety management was realized,and a BIM-based assembly-type construction safety management model was established.RFID technology,etc.,when equipment and prefabricated components come into play,they will be able to warn of dangerous sources and fundamentally contain the danger.Finally,relying on specific project cases,the specific application of the model.The research results of the thesis can improve the current level of safety management of prefabricated building construction,effectively prevent the occurrence of safety accidents,maintain the safety of construction workers' lives and property,and reduce the losses of enterprises.It can provide some reference and support for safety management.
