The signal plate on the crankshaft of the automobile engine is an important parts for measuring the engine speed,collecting the phase of the engine and throttle position and providing basic information for the normal working sequence of the engine.The signal plate is produced in large quantities,its shape is complex,the precision is high,and the manufacturing is difficult.In the past two years,the fine blanking progressive die of such toothed parts relied on foreign imports.This topic studies the key forming technology of signal plate,solves the difficulties in the forming process of signal plate and proposes the best process parameters for fine blanking the part.At the end,progressive die is developed together with enterprises to realize the localization of signal plates.Firstly,this paper starting from the characteristics of the information tooth plate structure,the difficulty of forming was clarified,and the Deform-3D simulation software was used to analyze the stress,strain and hydrostatic stress in the deformation zone under different pressing amounts in the outer contour fine blanking process.At the same time,a simulation model of one sixth of the efficiency was established.On this basis,the causes of the collapse angle in the process of material flow and fine blanking of the outline in the deformation zone with different reduction were studied.Secondly,four parameters of the blanking force,the die radius,the convex and concave die clearance and the V-shaped binder ring pitch were determined as the parameters of the orthogonal test simulation,and the parameters of the fine blanking process were optimized.The simulation results were analyzed by the range analysis.The influence of these four parameters on the section finish was analyzed and the optimal process parameters of the precision information plate were obtained.Finally,the main points of the fine blanking design of the toothed parts were analyzed,and a reasonable process scheme of signal plate of fine blanking progressive die was developed,in order to solve the problems of workpiece deformation,pushing parts and maintenance adjustment during fine blanking,the fine blanking progressive die structure was optimized,and a complete fine blanking progressive die of signal plate was designed.The enterprise tried out die of signal plate and trialled production,and the sample piece passed the test and met the qualified requirements.In this paper,the optimization of process parameters in fine blanking and die development of signal plate were carried out,which solves the problem of localization of signal plate and provides a reference for the development of similar fine blanking parts.
