Based on the theory and method of landscape ecology, this paper uses the traditional landscape ecological risk assessment method and the improved method to assess the ecological risk of Xiapu County with low-precision remote sensing image data and high-precision land use status data, respectively. Then, the relationship between ecological risk and land use is studied from two perspectives, global and local, with dynamic changes(same regions in different periods)and static features(different regions in the same period).According to the above relevant research conclusions, the proposal for the preparation of the territorial space planning of the coastal zone is proposed. The research results of ecological risk assessment show that:(?)Using high-precision data and improved methods, the ecological risk assessment results are significantly improved in accuracy and fineness.(?)During the 6-year study period, the ecological risk in Xiapu County increased slightly year by year but the overall change was small.(?)During the 6-year study period, the conversion of land use in Xiapu County is dominated by 8 types of land such as villages, towns, paddy fields, dry land and so on.The research results on the correlation between ecological risk and land use show that:(?)the ecological risk of the local area depends not only on the local area itself, but also on the global overall land use structure;(?)the change of ecological risk in the region depends not only on the transformation between land use types, but also on the"ecological state" of the land use which is determined by the landscape pattern of land use types in a specific period(reflected by the landscape pattern index);(?)Although the change between land use types does not necessarily indicate the direction of ecological risk change, the change of the "ecological state" of land use types can indicate the direction of ecological risk change;(?)the high ecological risk unit is mainly distributed in the coastal zone of Xiapu County;(?)the land use composition types of high ecological risk units are mainly non-constructive land use,and the"natural ratio" is relatively high.(?)the land use within the high ecological risk unit(mainly non-construction land)accounts for a large proportion of the units, and the degree of land fragmentation is relatively low.Proposal for the preparation of territorial land planning for coastal zone based on ecological risk assessment include:(?)the ecological thinking of spatial planning should move from partial static isolation(focusing on construction area)to global dynamic correlation(full space concern);(?)the proposal for the preparation of global spatial planning includes three points.First, the multi-source data is used to accurately measure the demand and urgency of different land types at the global level, and the land demand of each local unit is weighed under the premise of locking the total amount. The second is to dynamically adjust the planning schemes of the three levels(global total, local total, local pattern)based on ecological risk assessment,so as to comprehensively determine the scheme with lower ecological risk. The third is to use the landscape ecological risk assessment to assist the "double evaluation" of territorial space planning;(?)The proposal for the preparation of local spatial planning includes three points:First, rationally arrange land use according to the characteristics of land resources,so that the land can be optimally utilized and spatially combined to ensure the compact development of urban space and avoid the construction of fragmented land. The second is to consider the additive effect of local land structure, and coordinate the land pattern allocation of each local unit from the perspective of unit and global integration,so that both local and global reach the relative optimal state of land pattern configuration. The third is to pay attention to the development and construction of sensitive areas, strengthen the protection of fragile ecosystems, and adhere to the ecological bottom line.
