At present,market competition is increasing,and how to save costs in the new energy materials manufacturing industry has become a problem that can be explored.As a result,there are many opportunities in the management supply chain,and there are also many challenges.In the traditional mode,there are many areas for improvement in enterprise cost control.However,the focus will only be placed on the internal cost control of the enterprise.The relationship between upstream and downstream customers is often neglected,and individual control measures are difficult to cope with the problem of improving cost efficiency.But in refined cost management,business managers need to think more carefully about how to reduce costs.In the modern market,supply chain cost control methods have emerged,and supply chain theory has been applied to cost control,and these two are closely coordinated.In the process of controlling costs,the supply chain is putting to use.When controlling the cost of the enterprise,research is carried out on the basis of the supply chain.It is helpful to improve the level of cost control of modern enterprises,and let the cost control of the supply chain of the enterprise The form is consistent with the development needs of the company itself.In the thesis,by studying supply chain theory and cost control theory,H New Energy Co.,Ltd.is the research object.This paper introduces the basic situation of the company and the status quo of supply chain cost control,and analyzes the problems and causes of the company.Through research,it is found that the problems of the company's supply chain cost control are:upstream supply chain procurement and inventory cost control are inefficient,the internal production cost control is insufficient,the logistics cost control in the downstream supply chain sales is weak,and the effective cost information platform management is lacking and so on.The study identifies the causes behind the problem through the problem and proposes improvements based on it.For example,an efficient information management platform is established,a supply chain cost control performance evaluation system is constructed,procurement processes are optimized,management of upstream suppliers is strengthened,and a good logistics information system is constructed.Based on the supply chain,H New Energy Co.,Ltd.'s cost control is improved,and the cost control of the enterprise is broadened to achieve the ultimate goal of minimizing the cost of the enterprise.Combined with theupstream and downstream of the supply chain,the global cost control method is adopted to enable enterprises to better conduct business management activities,so enterprises can form long-term competitive advantages.At the same time,this paper discusses the supply chain cost control approach of H New Energy Co.,Ltd.,in order to provide reference for cost control in other new energy manufacturing enterprises.
