TC4 titanium alloy is a relatively expensive material.Due to its excellent physical and mechanical properties,it is widely used in defense,medical,automotive,shipbuilding and other fields.However,TC4 titanium alloy is a difficult material to cut,and its difficult processing of deep hole processing limits its application in various fields.Therefore,research on TC4 titanium alloy deep hole drilling processing system and tool,is very important for the full utilization of TC4 material and its wide application.In this paper,for the difficult machining of deep hole machining and the difficult machinability of TC4 material,the machining system and tool of deep hole drilling are first selected and analyzed.Secondly,the static static force analysis of the tool is performed by ANSYS finite element software.The rod performs the simulation analysis of the modal harmonic response;then determines the geometric parameters of the tool;finally,the deep hole drilling test of the TC4 material is performed with reference to the qualitative analysis in the finite element and the determined tool geometry parameters;The outer diameter of the test piece was 56 mm,the machined hole diameter was 34 mm,and the machined length was 1995 mm.The test results show that when the feed rate f=0.03m/r,the cutting fluid flow rate Q=125L/min and the rotation speed n=355r/min,the inner wall of the machined hole has high precision and good chip removal.It provides reasonable tool geometry and efficient cutting parameters for deep hole drilling of TC4 titanium alloy.
