TC4 titanium alloys have been widely used in modern daily lives due to good mechanical properties and physical properties,with the advancement of science and technology,its processing methods in the field of deep hole processing are increasingly attached to the TC4 Titanium at home and abroad.The drilling method of the alloy material is mainly used in the traditional welded BTA deep hole drill and gun drill,although its structure is simple and can maintain a certain processing accuracy,but there is also a fixed heart in the drilling process,and the drill is easy to collapse.The blade and other problems,resulting in a difference in circularity,and the hole core line offset.In order to solve the above problems,we try to use the clip-style deep hole drill to drill,which is of great significance for improving the machining accuracy of TC4 products and processing efficiency.In this paper,the drilling of the TC4 titanium alloy by analyzing the clip-style deep hole drill bit is analyzed by the clip-style deep hole drill bit to the machine clip-type alloles.The structure and drilling principle of the drill bit,the cutting parameters of the welded BTA deep hole drill and the gun drilling TC4 titanium alloy are referenced,and the force of the clip-type deep hole drill bit from different cutting conditions is analyzed according to the exponential formula;2.Establish a three-dimensional entity model of the machine clamp,and make static analysis,the stress,strain,displacement cloud map of the drill bit under different test parameters;3.Combined with the existing BTA interpolation diamonds in the laboratory The system is used to test the TC4 titanium alloy using a clip-style deep hole drill,and analyze the tool failure form,chip shape,processing accuracy of different cutting parameters,and select a reasonable matched cutting parameter to form a good cutting condition.Verify that the clip-style deep hole drill has the advantages of improved processing quality and improve processing efficiency.
